Photo Gallery :
Sydney

a nice architecture mixing old and new

now time for the subway

...to King's Cross

day after : the Opera House

the symbol of Sydney and of Australia

crowds of people are here eating and drinking

we're near the New Year's Eve and as every year they're all
waiting to see the fireworks and party all night long

everywhere you go it's packed of families and kids

there's no way to find a free square meter

to get in this area you must pass the security check

that is just a symbolic check of your baggage and questions like
"any beer ? " or "any drugs ? "

well i can say if a terrorist really wanted to put some bombs he wouldn't
had any problems, they're basically afraid of drunken behaviour as far
as i can see.Infact it seems to be a big issue here since you can't even buy
beers or wine in supermarkets but only in the bottle shops !
for me, as a european, all this story is really unbelievale.

under the Opera House : lots of restaurants and bistrots

and people camping

Aussie prohibitionism : no more drunks, no more underage drinking,
no more violence, no more drink driving, no more ....it's the law ... (?)
